Compounded pain cream pricing, clearly listed.
Three compounded topical formulas for everyday aches, muscle stiffness and knee pain. Each is dispensed as a 100 g jar with two authorised repeats.
Compounded pain creams cannot be submitted to your insurer at the counter. You get an itemised pharmacy receipt and submit it to your extended health plan or HSA yourself, where many plans reimburse part or all of it. Keep every receipt.

100 g a jar, three jars a prescription.
The listed price is one 100 g jar. With two repeats, a single prescription covers 300 g in total.

Listed options run from $68.71 to $159.24 CAD for the quantity shown on each card. That is the pharmacy’s cash price for a single fill — no membership fee, and every fee is shown before you pay.
Yes. Every option here is prescription-only. You complete a short online assessment, a licensed practitioner reviews it, and treatment is dispensed only if it is appropriate for you. You are not charged for medication that is not prescribed.
Repeats are additional fills already authorised on the same prescription. Each one is charged at the listed price when it is dispensed, so the figure on this page is for one fill rather than the whole course.
Coverage varies by plan. Many prescription products are reimbursed when you submit the pharmacy receipt; compounded preparations are sometimes excluded. Dispensing fees and product availability can also change your final cost.
Nothing here bills you on a schedule. The repeats on your prescription are fills you request, so you decide when to order and how often — order as soon as you run low, or leave it and come back later. If you are on more than one product, each is ordered independently: you can refill one and skip the others, and you are only charged for what you actually order.
The medication prices on this page do not include the practitioner assessment. For Canadian patients with valid MSP coverage — outside Quebec — the assessment fee is waived automatically once your doctor completes the review. Patients in Quebec, those without valid MSP coverage, and patients in the USA pay a $40 private assessment fee. Whatever applies to you is shown before you pay.
